From a young age, I have been passionate about alternative therapies and self-growth techniques. This lifelong interest led me to pursue numerous trainings and courses to overcome my own fears and insecurities. In my corporate career, I successfully conquered my fear of public speaking and met many people who faced similar challenges with confidence and speaking in public.

As I grew into a confident speaker, I felt compelled to help others overcome their public speaking fears. I began volunteering to support those struggling with these issues, which inspired me to leave my corporate job and dedicate my life to helping others achieve their full potential.

Through my journey, I discovered an incredible technique that facilitates rapid and profound change: the Control system. I am delighted to offer courses on public speaking and achieving happiness (after all, isn't happiness the ultimate goal of everything we do?).

I am caring, positive, and empathetic. I enjoy listening to people, sharing, and helping. In my free time, I love traveling with my boyfriend, engaging in sports, watching movies, attending exhibitions, drawing, and reading. I am also an animal lover and adore my two cats. Visiting zoos and watching documentaries about wildlife are some of my favorite activities.

In the photo below I was at St. Julius Island within lake Orta. When you remove barriers from your subconscious (limiting beliefs that bring anxiety and fears, for example), you can find a beautiful place of calm and happiness.
