From a young age, I have been passionate about alternative therapies and self-growth. This lifelong interest led me to explore various trainings and techniques to overcome my own fears and insecurities. During my corporate career, I successfully conquered my fear of public speaking and met many others struggling with confidence and speaking in public.

As I grew into a confident speaker, I felt compelled to help others overcome their public speaking fears. I started volunteering to support those with public speaking anxiety, which ultimately inspired me to leave my corporate job and dedicate my life to empowering others.

Through my journey, I discovered an incredible technique that facilitates rapid and profound change: the Control system. Now offer courses on public speaking and achieving happiness (because isn't happiness the ultimate goal of everything we do?).

I am caring, positive, and empathetic. I love listening to people, sharing, and helping. In my free time, I love traveling with my boyfriend, staying active, watching movies, attending exhibitions, drawing, and reading. I am also an animal lover and adore my two cats. Visiting zoos and watching documentaries about wildlife are some of my favorite activities.
